Mandi time is just that - the time that you spend talking to Mandi. Talk all you
like because it's unlimited with SpeechPhone. You use Mandi time for:
Answering and screening calls
Listening to your voice mail
Listening to e-mail by phone
Changing your reachability settings
Delivering voice mail to your e-mail account
Usage - pay for what you use - Outbound Calls
Everytime Mandi makes a call for you, this counts as outbound minutes, for example:

If your company is on the base plan, then all outbound calls are charged at the low
rate of 4.9 cents a minute.
If your company is on the Virtual
Office base plan,
then all outbound calls are charged at the low rate of 4.9 cents a minute. If
you are on the Virtual Office Unlimited plan or Soho plan, your outbound calls are
included in your monthly fees.
NOTE: You can make long distance calls to anywhere in the US. International calling is not
supported at this time.
At the beginning of each month, SpeechPhone debits your company credit card
or checking account (which ever you specify when you sign-up), for that month's
service charges and the outbound minutes used in the previous month.
